Business Development Manager (travel bloggers)

Travelpayouts is a leading affiliate marketing platform in the travel industry, connecting travel-related businesses with affiliate partners from around the world. We empower our partners to monetize their traffic and provide travelers with the best travel-related offers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us attract new travel bloggers from all corners of the globe.

As a Business Development Manager at Travelpayouts, your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new travel bloggers from various regions worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network, increasing revenue, and strengthening our presence in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective travel bloggers.

What you will do:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation. Identify potential travel bloggers globally through market research, online platforms, social media, and other channels.
  • Blogger Outreach. Engage with travel bloggers and build strong relationships, showcasing how Travelpayouts can benefit their online presence and monetization efforts.
  • Solution Presentation. Clearly and persuasively communicate Travelpayouts' value proposition and solutions tailored to the needs of travel bloggers.
  • Pipeline Management. Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
  • Sales Growth. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and expanding the network of travel bloggers.
  • Market feedback. Provide regular updates and insights from the market to the Product, Marketing and Partner management teams

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience of 2+ years in sales preferably in IT or influencer marketing industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken
  • Understanding of the travel blogging industry, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing trends is a plus
